Note: When creators need to send us things for check ins, we will email ahead of time and specifically state what it is that needs to be sent. The same for when posting starts.

February 1st 2019: Author and artist sign ups open.

March 4th: Author sign ups close.

April 6th: Author check in with Google form.

May 4th: Author check in with Google form.

June 1st: 80% fic drafts and summaries due, via email.

June 2nd: Artist sign ups close.

June 4th: Fic summaries emailed to artists, by a link to a Google doc.

June 8th: Art claims open at 4pm UTC, artists send art preferences via Google form and matches are made on a first come basis.

June 11th: Artists and Authors check in to say they’ve talked.

June 13th: Teams revealed

July 29th-30th: Artists check in by sending in rough sketches/outlines to mods via email.

August 3rd: Authors or artists tell us when they can’t post in September.

August 10th: Posting dates revealed.

August 17th: Authors final check in - fic should be pretty much complete and in process of being edited by author and beta.

August 24-25th: Artists final check in - art at least 50% done.

September 1st 2019: Posting starts.
