April 4th: Author sign ups close.

May 6th: Author check in with Google form.

June 3rd: Author check in with Google form.

July 1st: Artist sign ups close.

July 4th: 80% fic drafts due and summaries.

July 6th: Fic summaries emailed to artists, posted in a community locked LJ post.

July 8th: Art claims open - artists send art preferences.

July 15th: Author and artist pairings revealed.

July 29th: Artists check in.

August 5th: Authors or artists tell us when they can’t post in September.

August 10th: Posting dates revealed.

August 19th: Authors final check in.

August 26th: Artists final check in - art 80% done.

September 1st 2017: Posting starts.
