Hey,
So it came to our attention yesterday, just as author sign ups were closing, that changes to LiveJournal’s Terms of Service mean that the posting of slash fanfic and art (or even het that isn’t vanilla and dull as heck) would most likely go against their new terms of service.
This is due to most of LiveJournal (including its servers) now operating from within Russia.
You can check out the pertinent details in this reblog over on allspnships:

Some of you have both LJ and Tumblr accounts, and in this instance I would encourage you to ensure that any art is posted on Tumblr rather than LJ later this year (or another hosting service and embedded in your submission to the Bang’s Tumblr or Dreamwidth).
Fic should now, unfortunately, only be posted to AO3 unless you want to post it on Dreamwidth instead.
We would hate for your creations to be suddenly removed, or your LJs banned, when it comes to posting and this is why we’re reaching out now, before any of this becomes a problem for you.
I agreed to the new TOS last night so that I could get into my own LJ account and the one for the Bang and backup everything to to Dreamwidth: https://tfwbigbang.dreamwidth.org/
I understand if any of you want to drop out, because you want to use LJ, but please consider the alternatives described in this email.
